to ease their way off the couch and into a weekly fitness program, Off 'N Running
Tours' Training Programs have something for you!
Off 'N Running Tours offers a variety of Half Marathon Training Programs
in Los Angeles/Beverly Hills. Programs are designed for novice runners and walkers
to help reach their training goal. Many of our runners have registered with Off
'N Running Tours as a means of staying in shape and continuing the friendships
and networking made through the training programs!

Groups meet one day per week, Saturdays in West Los Angeles/Beverly
Hills. Members receive monthly training schedules, scenic training courses for
group runs, along with supplementary articles to keep runners "in the know" about
current trends in performance, nutrition and running. Team orientation
includes a shoe clinic, member discounts for shoes, apparel, gear, and injury
prevention workshops with our team consultant, Dr. Kevin O'Leary. Online coaching
is provided to answer your training questions. Off 'N
Running Tours' "In Training" technical tee shirt is included. Prior
to training with Off N' Running tours I wasn't able to establish a set plan to
accomplish running my first 1/2 marathon. Cheryl Anker has the knowledge and resources
that helped guide me to accomplish my goal. The workout plans and running with
a group of people that share the same interest made the training enjoyable and
easy to follow. After 6 months with the program I intend to remain running with
Off N' Running to continue challenging myself and further improve. -- Janet
