Our program is designed for men and women 20+. Beginning Recreational runners and walkers looking for a FUN training for their first 5K and 10K races. Off 'N Running Tours has been hitting the pavement since 1994.
Saturday Mornings 7:30AM
We will meet every Saturday morning at 7:30AM. Everyone will be sent course directions. You will need to print them out or put them on your phone. Whatever works best.For the first Saturday we will be taking it slow. Introductions, learning names, finding out what people can and can not do and what they want to do.
Optional Tuesday mornings 5:30AM
This group will meet twice weekly. The Tuesday morning group will run and or walk for no more than 40 minutes as we build up our distance, with a stretch cool down at the end. Tuesday we will meet at 5:30AM leaving plenty of time for people to get ready for work or kids ready.
Back On My Feet
Our program charity is Back on My Feet Greater Los Angeles. 10% of each membership entry is donated by ONRT to Back on My Feet Greater Los Angeles.I am a non-resident volunteer and a co-coach the team at the Union Rescue Mission in downtown Los Angeles.

Back on My Feet is a national for-purpose 501(c)3 organization that uses running to help those experiencing homelessness change the way they see themselves so they can make real change in their lives that results in employment and independent living. Back on My Feet provides coaching, resources, financial aid, job training, and access to employment opportunities. 5K & 10K race goals
I will select a variety of races. I will be happy to take suggestions for the events. I think after the first 6 weeks we will be ready for the first 5K. Prior to that time we can select a few that look good so you can register.We will safely build our mileage. This is recreational running group. We are running for fun and enjoying the scenery in our great city.Our courses will take us through LA, Beverly Hills, just a variety of neighborhoods.
Weekly Training Schedule Provided
You will receive a suggested training program consisting of running and walking. We will slowly build up to your short term and long term goals.If you can walk 20 minutes you are ready for this group.
We will be meeting on Saturday mornings at 7:30AM for longer runs and walks as well as Tuesday mornings at 5:30AM. Our course locations vary in Beverly Hills and West LA.This program will focus on 5K and 10K runs/walks. This is a great program for beginners.
